I am attempting to evaluate the Crypto Library to utilize the shred functionality.

I have questions regarding the Windows-optimized shred method which is referred to in documentation, but does not seem to be available in the component.

I have tried calling and e-mailing technical support several times over the past few weeks, but I have received no response.  Can someone please assist?

Sorry for the inconvenience! Please try using the direct address support@cryptosharp.net - it is not being spam filtered so it is much more reliable.

Re: shredders. There are two shredder components - Shredder and WinShredder. The optimized one is WinShredder, and 'optimization' basically means that it uses low-level API functions for I/O (which does make the component much faster than the Shredder component).
