Decompiling Windows Forms and UserControls

I am trying to decompile an assembly which contains Windows Forms and User Controls.  While I do see the option to decompile the form/control and the resx files it doesn't seem to work in a way which can give me design time support for the form.  Anyone know how to complete decompilation of forms/controls?

To decompile the form/control with .resx files decompilation please turn on 'Decompile To File' mode. The button of this mode you can see on the Spices.Decompiler toolbar.
