After evaluating Spices.Net, I've uninstalled... but the uninstaller didn't remove the \"Browse in Spices.net\" context menu item. I haven't been able to find the item in the registry myself.

Now, how could I remove it?

Seems access to registry was disabled or Spices.Net couldn't remove these associations.
To remove associations you should install Spices.Net, and run spices.exe with CLEAR_REGISTRY parameter:
spices.exe /CLEAR_REGISTRY
