You have \"SelectedNode\" property. How do you get the index of selected node?

TreeNode selectedNode = flyTreeView.SelectedNode;
if (selectedNode != null) {
int selectedNodeIndex = selectedNode .Parent.Nodes.IndexOf(selectedNode);
}
